Made Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Wellingborough.
Due to expansion, my client currently have an opportunity for someone who can manage their own workload to join their enquires team.
Duties include: • Respond to general enquiries via phone and email • Handle day to day enquiries from new and existing customers • Have a great knowledge of the company’s products • Manage and execute the complete end-to-end order management process for plain stock, samples and decorated orders • Manage / execute inventory shortage situations, inventory situations and other shipping/ delivery situations which requires a solution. • Create Freight quotes • Work as a close team with the Enquires & Field Sales team, as well as all cross-functional departments (Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, Printers etc)
The ideal candidate: • Will have Customer Service and Administration based experience • Excellent Excel, Outlook and Microsoft package experience • Attention to detail • A good memory, as there will be a large product base to learn • Have excellent typing and spelling / grammar skills • Ability to work in a busy, and sometimes high pressure environment
Annual Wage: £16,000-£18,000 (+ Bonus, Free lunch, training)
The working hours for this position will be 9:00am to 5:30pm, with additional hours occasionally required to meet with business demands .
